Bookings & cancellations

Every booking is a request until Rosa confirms it personally. Nothing is charged before confirmation. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time; anything already paid is refunded or moved to a new date. Within 24 hours of the start time, and for no-shows, the full agreed price is charged. For small groups, the number of guests can be adjusted until 24 hours before the session.

If weather or safety conditions aren't right for an outdoor experience, we cancel, and you choose between a new date or a full refund. No friction.

Sessions: the details

Outdoor sessions and weather. If the weather makes an outdoor session unsafe or unsuitable, we move it to a date that suits you both, at no extra cost. An indoor alternative may be used when available and agreed.

Group size. The number of participants can be adjusted until 24 hours before the session. After that, the confirmed group size and price are fixed. Additional guests are subject to availability and may change the price.

Arrival. Please be ready at the agreed location before the start time. A late arrival does not extend the session and does not reduce the fee.

Changes by us. If Meet Through Movement has to cancel, you choose between a replacement date and a full refund.

Confirmation. A booking is confirmed once the date, start time, location, duration, group size and price have been agreed in writing. Confirming a booking means accepting these terms.

Shop orders & returns

Products are made to order and shipped from within the EU, most within 3–5 working days (small-batch items up to two weeks). Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery: write to us, return the item unused in its original condition, and we refund the product price. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and are delivered by post or email.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to deliver what you booked or ordered: your name, contact details, and for orders your shipping address. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, and we don't send newsletters you didn't ask for. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we hold. One email is enough.
